• Full-price (non-promotional) gift certificates expire 4 years from the purchase date.

• After expiration, the certificate retains its paid value and can be applied to any regular-priced service.

• Gift Cards cannot be combined with in-house promotions or sales.

• All sales are final after 3 days from purchase—no refunds beyond this period.

• Gift Cards are transferable to another guest.

• A physical or printed certificate must be presented at the time of the appointment.

• When booking, please select the appropriate service option.

• Any remaining balance will be reissued as a gift card (not cash).
