Gift Certificate Policy

  • Appointments are on a first-come basis.

  • Gift Certificates purchased for full-price (non-promotional) expire 4 years from the purchase date.

  • Unused expired certificates will be worth the paid amount and can be used towards any regular-priced service. 

  • Gift Certificates can not be combined with any in-house promotional services and or other sales.

  • Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable after three days from the original date of purchase.

  • Gift Certificates can be transferred to another guest.

  • Please Bring the gift card or a printed copy of the certificate to your scheduled appointment. 

  • When scheduling, please select the correct "Therapeutic Touch" option.

  • Any amounts left on the gift card will be returned on a gift card, not cash.

In-House Promo Policy

 Terms and Condition 

  • Limit of one Premiere promotional gift card /certificate service per guest.

  • Premiere promotions expire 6-months from the issue date.

  • After the promotional date has passed the 6-month expiration date, the certificate will be worth the paid-sale amount and can be used towards any regular-priced service. 

  • Premiere promotional gift cards/certificates can not be combined with any other Premiere promotional service and/or core service.

  • Premiere promotional gift cards/certificates are non-refundable after 3 days.

  • Premiere promotional gift cards/certificates can be transferred to another guest as long as the guest has not already used a Premiere promotional gift card/certificate for the same service.

  • We require a printed copy of your Premiere promotional gift card /certificate for your scheduled appointment. 

  • If you are unable to print it, please have it ready to view and scan on your mobile device.

  • When scheduling, please select the correct Premiere promotion option.

  • Promotions must be purchased during the designated sale dates. Example: Sale December 2nd - 5th. The sale price will no

 Voucher Rules: 

  • Vouchers can not be used for Prenatal Massage.

  • Schedule your appointment using the online scheduler system.  

  • Vouchers can not be combined with other promotions.

  • Vouchers can not be combined as couples sessions.

  • Please take the time to view the website information.

  • (PLEASE READ!) The cancellation and late policies apply.

  • Please present the voucher at the time of your session. Without it, you will not receive your service.
