CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:

 Cancellation Fee: 

We have reserved your appointment time just for you. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice so that we can schedule another guest and keep our service providers booked.

  • "Core Services" canceled with less than 24 hours notice and "No-shows" will be charged 50% of the full-priced scheduled service.

  • "Premiere Card Members" will be charged a flat rate of $50 with no deduction of sessions from the purchased package.

  • Prepaid Services (i.e.: "Promotional Voucher Holders", and "Gift certificates/cards") will forfeit their voucher/ certificate and will be charged only if a difference in cost of the original price should be present.

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize this business to charge your credit card on file.

  • If multiple sessions were purchased, your ability to schedule appointments will be denied until all fees have been paid in full.

 How should I Cancel / Reschedule my appointment? 

  • If you are outside of the 24-hour window, log into your "Schedulicity" account to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you are inside the 24-hour window, the system will not allow you to make any changes to the scheduled appointment.

  • Please send an email to pttm.info@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

  • Email is the preferred and best way to communicate with us. 

  • Voicemails may not be received prior to your scheduled time. To avoid a credit card charge, email is the best form of communication

  • temporarily modified our cancellation policy

 Arriving Late: 

  • If you have not arrived or called after 15 minutes, you will be considered a “No Show”.

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you do arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 

  • Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start and conduct a session.

  • Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

  • Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
