CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist time, we have adopted the following policies:

 Cancellation Fee: 

  • Your appointment time slot has been reserved just for you. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, we kindly ask for 24-hours notice so that we can schedule another guest and keep our service providers booked. 

  • All cancellations with less than 24-hours notice and "No-shows" will result in a cancellation fee of $35 for the reserved scheduled session.

  • The fee will be deducted from the credit card on file.

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize this business to charge your credit card used to schedule. 

  • This policy applies to all services including, Prepaid Service: (i.e.: "Online vouchers", "Gift certificates/cards", or "Premiere Card" packages) 

  • You will still have access to use gift certificates and vouchers without forfeiture after the fee has been settled.

  • If multiple sessions were purchased, the ability to schedule appointments will be denied until the fee is paid.

 How should I Cancel / Reschedule my appointment? 

  • If you are outside of the 24-hour window, log into your "Schedulicity" account to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you are inside of the 24-hour window, the system will not allow you to make any changes to the scheduled appointment.

  • Please send an email to pttm.info@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

  • Email is the preferred and best way to communicate with us. 

  • Voicemails may not be received prior to your scheduled time. To avoid a credit card charge, email is the best form of communication

 Arriving Late: 

  • If you have not arrived or called after 15 minutes, you will be considered a “No Show”.

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you do arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 

  • Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start and conduct a session.

  • Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

  • Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
