COVID-19 INFORMATION

COVID-19 Protocol updates:

 

  • Premiere Touch Therapeutic Massage, LLC is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Prepayment for services available if clients prefer contactless checkout.

  • Additional time included between appointments to prevent guest contact with each other.

  • Guests accompanying those scheduled for services are not permitted.

  • Each guest is required to wash hands upon arrival and before leaving.

  • Your Therapist will thoroughly clean hands prior to and after each session.

  • Your Therapist will wear the following protective gear: gloves, mask, and (optional) face guard for each appointment.

  • All product bottles used during the treatment will be placed in a separate container for disinfection and disposable items will be used when possible.

  • All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client according to the manufacturer's directions and sterilized at the end of each day.

New Schedule starting July 8th, 2020:

 

  • Monday - Wednesday: 10 a.m.; 12 p.m.; 2 p.m.; and 4:30 p.m.

  • Thursday -Friday: 9 a.m.; 11 a.m.; 1 p.m.; and 3:30 p.m.

  • Saturday and Sunday Closed.

 

Prior to your appointment date:

 

  • You will need to complete a new Intake Form. Intakes will need to be completed once per year.

  • Attached to the intake form is a COVID-19 sign-off. This will need to be signed prior to each new visit.

  • The forms can be found in the appointment confirmation emails and on our website: www.ThePremiereTouch.com.

 

Upon your arrival to the appointment:

 

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings throughout the entire visit.

  • *Please wait in your vehicle until you receive a phone call from your therapist.

  • All seating has been removed from the reception area to maintain social distancing.

  • When entering the office, proceed directly into the treatment room.

  • A temperature reading is required prior to your session.

  • If applicable, have your Gift Certificate ready to scan on your mobile device.

  • Your therapist is required to wear PPE during the session. Face Mask, Face Sheild, Gloves, and Protective Gear for clothing.

  • After your session has been completed: 

  • We ask that you promptly dress in order to complete your check-out.

  • The breakdown and clean up procedures needed to properly sanitize in between each guest can take up to 25 minutes.

  • A half-hour has been placed after each appointment to provide the necessary time.

  • "Contactless Checkout" is available as an option for those who have a credit card on file.

  • Cash APP, Android pay, and Apple Pay will also be available.
