Bodywork Massage Studios (Columbia) - Every BODY Needs Massage
Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist time, we have adopted the following policies:

  • We have reserved and block your appointment slot exclusively for you. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, we require for 24-hours’ notice so that we can schedule another guest.

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee for the amount of the scheduled session on your credit card. This policy also applies to internet promotional vouchers, gift certificates/cards and massage packages.

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize this business to charge your credit card used to schedule.

  • If we are unable to process the fee by credit card, the fee can be paid in person or by email invoice.

Prepaid Service Guests:
(i.e.: "Online vouchers", "Gift certificates / cards", or "Premiere Card" packages)

  • Guests will still have access to use gift certificates and vouchers without forfeiture.

  • If multiple sessions were purchased, ability to schedule and standing appointments will be denied until the fee is paid.

How should I Cancel / Reschedule my appointment?
  • Outside of the 24-hour window, please log into your "Schedulicity" account to cancel and reschedule.

  • Inside of the 24-hour window, the system will not allow you to make any changes to the scheduled appointment. Please send an email to: pttm.info@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Voicemails may not be received prior to your scheduled time. To avoid an accidental credit card charge, email is the best form of communication.

Arriving Late:
  • If you have not arrived or called after 15 minutes, you will be considered a “No Show”.

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you do arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

  • Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start and conduct a session.

  • Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

  • Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
